Customers eligible for refunds through Complete Travels. will receive their refund within 90 working days from the cancellation date or upon the supplier(s) processing the refund, whichever occurs first. Reimbursements for cancellations during a trip will be issued within 90 working days after the return date or upon the supplier(s) completing the refund process, whichever comes first. The refund amount displayed may vary based on international currency fluctuations, supplier reimbursements, and customer payments collected up to the present date.
Flights
Customers canceling flights labeled as "Non-Refundable" on their final travel vouchers will not receive any reimbursement.
For flights marked as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, customers will be eligible for a refund following the terms outlined in the "Cancellation Policy" provided in the final itinerary sent via email.
Total airfare reimbursements may include components subject to changes due to international exchange rates.
Complete Travels shall not be held responsible for flight grounding, cancellation, or delays. Any requests for canceling such flights must be directed to the respective airlines. Refunds will be subject to the airlines' processing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least one year and in good condition Ghumlena.com. will not be obliged to reimburse customers unable to board a flight due to an expired or damaged passport.
Customers are expected to arrive at the airport before their scheduled boarding time (at least 2 hours prior). Complete Travels will not be liable to refund clients who miss their flights due to delayed airport arrival (unless airport transfers were arranged by us).
In cases of flight cancellations due to delayed transfers resulting from unforeseen circumstances specific to a location, Complete Travels will not bear responsibility if airport transfers are arranged.
The final travel vouchers will detail luggage restrictions (carry-on and checked). Additional fees for exceeding luggage limits must be paid by the client during check-in.
Certain airlines enforce mandatory web check-in. Failure to comply may result in an additional fee at the airport. In such instances, Complete Travels. is not obligated to provide refunds.
Upon request, Complete Travels can facilitate meal preferences with airlines. However, we have no control over meal availability or quality on the aircraft, as the airline holds full authority over this matter.
Hotels
Cancellation of hotels marked as "Non-Refundable" on the final trip vouchers will not result in a refund.
For hotels listed as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, reimbursements and deadlines will align with the terms outlined in the product's "Cancellation Policy" section and the final itinerary provided via email.
Total hotel refunds may include components influenced by international exchange rates.

Acceptance of early check-in or late check-out requests is solely at the discretion of the hotel. Complete Travels cannot handle cancellation requests due to the non-availability of these requests.
